FAQ I Virtual Gallery at FIABCN Art Fair
August, 2023.
Information needed for your submission:
1) Please write the name as you would like it to appear in the exhibition.
Example: If your real name is Maria Smith, and your artistic name is Mimi Si, please use Mimi Si for your submission.
2) Title each artwork. Write out each title precisely as you would like it to appear. Please include the title of the artwork, medium and size in cm.
Example: Naomi, 1995, Oil on canvas, 130 × 100 cm
3) Email address in the text of the email.
4) Website and Social Media Links.
5) Submit an artist biography (250 words maximum). Don't confuse artist biography with CV/Resume.
Please note that a biography is not a CV/ Resume. Please don't submit magazines features, book features, exhibition features and interviews with links.
Professional bios are entirely different from resumes and CVs, which tell more of a story instead of just providing a list of career and educational highlights. Usually written in the third person, bios are written in an engaging, storytelling format that shares experiences and highlights that capture the essence of a person.

6) Image Specifications:
1. Submit only JPEG.
2. Images must be at 300dpi.
3. No watermarks or text on top of the image.
4. No screenshots of the image.
Copyright Information:
By submitting artworks for participation in Online Art Exhibition, you are stipulating to us that you own the copyright to these artworks or have permission from the copyright holder to submit these artworks.
You are granting Contemporary Art Collectors a non-exclusive license to show the artworks in the Virtual Art Exhibition, publish your artworks on the Contemporary Art Collectors website, and publish these artworks on social media accounts connected to Contemporary Art Collectors.
Should you, for any reason, wish your artworks to be removed from the virtual art exhibition, website, or social media, we will do it immediately.
Please note that third parties such as educational institutions or individuals may download and save information and images from our website or any other websites with or without our knowledge.
Contemporary Art Collectors will have no control over such downloading and subsequent use and therefore cannot accept responsibility for any such use.
How can I apply?

Accepted Media?
Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, digital art, printing, nft, and mixed media are eligible.
Artwork Subject Matter?
The artworks you upload will not include pornographic, sexually explicit, violent or racist material.
If we find that the artworks you uploaded matching this criterion, we can withdraw your submission and refund you the participation fee.
Who is eligible?
Virtual Gallery is international and available to any artist worldwide. Artists of all academic disciplines are welcome to apply, including painting, sculpture, video art, photography and installation. There is no age limit for entry.
Is there a selection process?
Yes, only artists who received the invitation can exhibit at Virtual Gallery. If you received the invitation, it means you are eligible to exhibit at Virtual Gallery. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since we are always experiencing exceptional interest and limited availability.
When will I be notified if I am selected?
If you received the invitation letter, you must follow the link and submit all necessary information and the participation fee. Once we receive the information and participation fee, we will send you the confirmation email.
What will happen when I apply?
Once we receive your application and participation fee, we will send you a confirmation email with further information and interview questions.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Paypal and credit/debit card
Is the payment refundable?
Please note that payments are non-refundable. If the exhibitor cancel their participation no refund will be issued.
Are there any extra costs?
There are no extra hidden costs.

1) Display x 3 artworks, including titles & contact details, at FIABCN Art Fair Barcelona, Spain.
2) Feature in FIABCN Art Fair Digital Exhibitors Catalogue (digital format. PDF version will be sent to you)
3) Nomination for the FIABCN Art Fair Awards.
4) Participation Diploma.

6) You will receive Photos from the exhibition by email.
7) Promotion of your art on our social media ( 3 artworks )
Do you charge commission fees on sales?
No, we don't charge a commission fee. All profit goes to the artist.
How many artists will exhibit at Virtual Gallery?
Around 50 artists.
What is the participation fee?
Participation Fee: 575 euros.
