Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage
By accepting the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
1.1. All payments made in connection with the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage are final and non-refundable.
1.2. No refund, whether in full or in part, shall be issued once payment has been made, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Cancellation of Participation
2.1. Should a participant choose to cancel or withdraw their participation in the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage, no refund shall be issued for any payments already made.
2.2. Withdrawal or cancellation by a participant shall not create any obligation on the part of the Award organizers to reimburse fees, costs, or other expenses incurred by the participant.
3. License to Use Submitted Artworks
3.1. By submitting artworks in connection with the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage, the participant grants the Award organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, communicate, and otherwise use the submitted artworks for purposes directly related to the Award, its documentation, exhibition, and publication.
3.2. This license includes the right to publish and display submitted artworks on the official website and associated digital platforms of the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage.
3.3. This license includes the right to reproduce and include submitted artworks in printed or digital publications produced in connection with the Award, including official catalogues, books, commemorative publications, and related editorial materials.
3.4. The license granted under these Terms and Conditions is provided without any additional royalty, licensing fee, or other compensation becoming payable to the participant.
4. Purpose and Scope of License
4.1. The license described above is granted solely for purposes associated with the presentation, documentation, exhibition, and publication of the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage and its official records.
4.2. The granting of this license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the submitted artworks or the underlying intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. The participant retains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the submitted artworks, including any moral rights to the extent provided by applicable law, subject to the license expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of the participant’s intellectual property to the organizers of the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage.
6. Representations and Warranties
6.1. By submitting an artwork, the participant represents and warrants that they are the creator of the submitted work or otherwise possess all necessary rights and authority to submit the work and grant the license described in these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. The participant represents and warrants that the submitted artwork does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contractual right, or other intellectual property or legal right belonging to any third party.
6.3. The participant confirms that all information provided in connection with their submission is, to the best of their knowledge, accurate and complete.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1. Submission of artworks, payment of applicable fees, or acceptance of the Noble Art Award I For Outstanding Contribution to Artistic Heritage constitutes the participant’s acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. By participating, the participant confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with their provisions.
