Daniela Ament
Biography
I was born in a family that loved all arts, all kinds, from books, music to dance, theater to painting, photography and sculpture, and I always made something with my hands as a child, doing something with wood, paper and cloth. Later I started embroidery and knitting, and applicated pillows to Halloween like costumes.
At the age of 50 I started a privet class of ceramic sculpting. 3 years later I aloud myself to call me a sculptress.
I have exhibitions all over Israel and around the world- like Paris - France, Florence and Ferrara - Italy Vancouver Canada Miami and NYC
My primary themes are what I know best- my feelings, thoughts, and experiences mostly through the images that I know best- children and women.
My work is something that comes out of my inner me
I don't create for other people I create because I have to, my inner me have to. So I don't mind how people will react but I hope they will enjoy my work and love it- and will take something with them. (literally too). (o:
My recommendation is-
A. Don't start if you don't have to
B. If you started anyhow, be sure to have some other source of income.
C. Work hard and Practice Lots and LOTs of patience.
But I do think everyone should try and make art, just for the soul. it's great, and it enriches you so much more than money

All these are present here – as parts of me - as parts of a riddle,
This is my way of conversing with myself and with the world around me.
