Artist Statement
Dario Yamamoto is a Contemporary Mexican Painter who creates his paintings digitally and on oil canvases symbolically expressing emotions using human bodies. Imaginary worlds are created using undulating dancing human figures to evoke passionate emotions irradiating the powerful energy of female bodies. These symbolic visions illustrate how beauty can be strong and subtle at the same time.
An amorous dance of life is revealed by these surreal figures that arouse us to contemplate the heart, mind, and soul. The human body is used to depict a spiritual connection to remind us how much we are connected to nature.
