Tamara Lamber

Biography

Tamara Lamber is a Belgian multidisciplinary visual artist, creative technologist and songwriter exploring the intersection of art, technology, music and human emotion. She uses artificial intelligence as a creative partner to transform ideas, emotions and philosophical concepts into visual experiences.

Her digital paintings feature evocative female portraits intertwined with architecture, landscapes and cultural elements. Rather than creating portraits for their own sake, Lamber uses them as visual metaphors for identity, memory, love, loss, connection and the human condition.

She has also developed AI Morphing Video Art, an emerging artistic language in which transformation itself becomes the narrative. As one of the few artists worldwide developing morphing as a dedicated art form, she creates continuous visual journeys where faces, landscapes, architecture and emotions dissolve into one another.

Lamber’s work has received international recognition, and she is part of the Founding 100 of GenFlix.ai, a selected community of pioneering creators exploring the possibilities of generative AI in film and visual storytelling.

For Lamber, AI is not the artist. It is the creative partner and the most important element remains what happens between technology and human emotion.

Artist Statement

I believe that even in a world of algorithms, art should make you feel something. That is where it becomes real.

My work explores the dialogue between human imagination and artificial intelligence. I use AI not to replace the artist, but as a creative partner, to discover unexpected visual possibilities and transform emotions, memories and philosophical ideas into art.

Through my digital paintings and AI Morphing Video Art, I explore identity, connection, memory and the human condition. I am particularly interested in transformation, where an image does not simply change, but where the change itself becomes the story.

For me, the future of AI art is not about making technology more human by imitation, but about using technology to reveal more of what it means to be human.
