Artist Statement
Fluid or fragmented realities are perceived from a new perspective, with the aim of revealing the invisible interior of the external world that the eye ordinarily perceives. This gives rise to works that compel, or rather guide, viewers to pause their gaze and meditatively absorb every detail of the image, allowing them to uncover its concealed meanings. These meanings, in turn, open the door to an infinite wealth of possibilities that remain invisible within objective reality. The dimensions of dreams and visions, together with transformations of space and time, give the paintings their unreal yet remarkably powerful atmosphere of profound meaning.
